Lots of bargains, some expected and some unexpected surprise products reasonably prices.
The place is packed with stock all over the floor no room for wheelchairs or wide prams and their prices are very high and they seem to have alot of outdated items reduced.
This store has most stuff for the house kitchen and bathroom. Good selection of crisps chocolate and fizzy drinks.
Absolutely shocking management in this place. You get shouted at down the isle "5 minutes yeah" before closing, only to find out the guy with the booming voice IS the manager with earphones in, a hoodie and sunglasses! Unbelievable how someone can hold a position of authority! They must have been desperate to employ someone... anyone!
Poundstretcher is one of my favorite store, lots bargain and variety of different things for the home. They also does food stuff if you love sugar prices reasonable and staff friendly and helpful
Very nice shop to get bargains. The staff have excellent customer service skills. A wonderful shop to visit.
It's always rammed with boxes and stuff on the floor, as a disabled wheelchair user it's a nightmare to move about
Got what I needed, but the garden canes I bought pack of 10 which are a competive price for the length offered are very crooked - every single one, which makes staking my garden plants difficult. I didn't notice when I picked up the pack, so it could be it was just a bad batch or maybe that's why they are competitively priced.
Excellent customer service, I overheard a conversation that a customer in the store was having with one of the managers/ supervisors small Asian woman The customer was frustrated about the priceing arrangement of a particular item. From what I understood the pricing was not clear. The matter was handled extremely well, I returned to the store later that same day to return a item that I had changed my mind about, the staff once again handled the matter without delay. Excellent Thank you.
It was a VERY DISAPPOINTING visit their was an issue with pricing therefore the Lines were very long the service was very poor the manager removed one of the young ladies from the till to update the many pricing issues despite the long line of people waiting to be served. I decided that another shop would do so l left my basket of goods and left the store. It's a shame really espically as the pound shop, and savers is just around the corner .
