Booked this hot air balloon ride together with a Lillydale 2N farmstay at a very good price.

On the day itself, we had to wake up very early (2am) in order to drive ourselves to the meeting point, Canungra. From there, the air-con coach picked us up and we proceeded to the hot air balloon site.

The ride was about 40 mins, and the friendly guide was chatting with us all the time while expertly controlling the fire and direction.

After that, we had the opportunity to experience folding the huge balloon (or in another words, using us as labour to keep the balloon :P). Then the same coach drove us to O'Reilly for our breakfast.

Totally worth it. Try it!
