We have been here with the caravan a couple of times now. The location right by the excellent river walk and the Botanical gardens is fantastic. This last time we had to extend our stay day by day and they were so lovely and flexible. The amenities are good with lots of hot water and the sites are easy to access. There's a food kiosk here now, but we went into town instead. Sue at reception was really helpful with suggestions. Will come again!

Beautiful park with great amenities. Lovely clean cabin and the addition of the dog run is a great idea! We loved our stay. Sue at reception was a delight. She gave us great tips for things to do around town. Thanks for a lovely stay. We will definitely be back!

Stayed here on road trip in an Accessible cabin . The cabin itself as far as Accessibility  good wheelchair bathroom, ramp , space  though older style ; decor a bit tired. However the cabin had a Very Strong odor of something like chemical , sweet overpowering cleaning products or maybe room spray / deodorizer.. we have asthma and sensitivity, allergies to highly fragrance environments. It was so uncomfortable that we left all windows open all night even though it was a cold may evening in Horsham, this did not completely get the smell out even by the next morning! Very unpleasant environment, we would not stay here again .

Even though we only stayed for a night on our way between Melbourne and Adelaide, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The 1 bedroom cabin was very clean & the reception lady was very friendly. Didn't get to see the rest of the park nor used the facilities, but we reckon that we will be back in the future for sure.

We stayed for two nights on an ensuite site #10. The amenities were excellent, lovely and clean and it included a washing machine which really handy for us. The towels, bath mats, shampoo etc were very unexpected and a nice surprise. Getting the temperature steady in the shower was a bit of a challenge and it could possibly do with some description of a heater.  The location of the site was a little unusual, right next to office, laundry, workers, compressors etc but also by the park so handy for us as we had a dog with us.  The same set up at the back of the park would be ideal. The whole park was very tidy and clean. Staff were very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. A range of site options. We will definitely return.
