Great place with excellent food, reasonably priced and the portion size was just nice.
Not very impressed, below average batch boiled food, clean premises and good hygiene we didn’t get the belly so that’s a plus Service was very below par, had to request table water, get our own high chair and remind them to get our drink order. If you are out of town try something else first you will probably be disappointed here Edit changed to 1 star as my kid got gastro the next day.
I had a wonderful dinner at Horsham Palace - food was fresh and flavoursome. Service was very good.
Avoid. Prices on the menu online are 30-40% different to what you pay, menu online said beef $14.50 and rice $10.50, ended up being charged $35.80. Food is pretty average too.
The restaurant was packed when we came in and there were many locals ordering take out. But the waiting time is horrible. It took 1 hour for our food to come after we had placed the order. The food is OK. Not great and not bad either. But if you have a concern about high blood pressure, the food is suitable for you as they don't put too much salt in their cooking. Even the black bean sauce, which is a traditionally salty Chinese ingredient is mildly salty.
We phone ordered 3 dishes and all were very tasty and enjoyable. Prices were what they advertised on their menu.Food: 5/5
Absolute disgrace we ordered our meals and ordered prawn crackers they were cooked about 2 hours ago freezing cold and not even crispy bringing this to our waiter’s attention we were greeted with they are always cold she took them away after some time we asked if they were going to replace them and were told extremely rudely no because we serve them cold after being so rude and several other people in the restaurant also coming up and saying that they weren’t very happy either we decided to leave and told them we weren’t paying anything by the way when we left we went to the new Thai restaurant Saengjan in Horsham where we where greeted with a huge smile and great service thanks to Pang our waitress I know where we will be spending our money and patronage in the future and where we won’t be
Quick and friendly service and the food is delicious. I use this restaurant all the time. I recommend it.
Loved the food we had a table of 5 and all had the banquet
Picked up some Chinese for my friend who'd just come out of hospital and she loved it. The young lady who served me was courteous and friendly and the tucker was great Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance was ground level
