Extremely annoyed that I was not told the the practice has no dentists !! I’ve been also waiting for a RCT REFERAL and now my tooth has crumbled, and in pain , will Be making a official complaint with royal dental associates . Neglect
Brilliant and professional service. The team were excellent, from the smiling receptionist to the efficient dental nurses and dentist. Overall a great experience, and I would highly recommend going to this dental practice. I also have to acknowledge the dental nurse Sadie. As I am someone who is rather anxious, she ensured I felt at ease. Her exceptional service and friendliness was probably the highlight of my week. Thank you Horsham Dental Clinic. I have already told my friends and family about the wonderful service!
The dentist on our recent visit was different to the first last year. We were not impressed with the first one so were hesitant about returning. However, our experience this time was totally different and so much better. He was friendly, professional and put my children at ease. He explained everything very thoroughly and was patient with my reluctant son. When my treatment options came up I got a really good explanation of the options risks and benefits to make an informed choice. Would receommend.
I received brilliant service from everyone at Colosseum. I had an emergency and the practise accommodated me quickly. I had to be seen over several appointments and felt informed every step of the way. Hopefully I won't need to receive such a large treatment again any time soon. If I do I'll be happy to visit here again.
Very very disappointed with the people working at this dental clinic. Always short of staff, never see you on time. After seeing the dentist I booked in for my tooth to be taken out which been advised by the dentist after waiting for more than 35 mins Yesterday on Wednesday the dentist said I have to rebook for that which didn’t make sense to me. So I decided to leave them and join another one.Very bad experience.
Very kind, very calm and very patient dentist. So pleased to finally have found a dentist that understands a lot of children are terrified. Not only did all four kids get in the chair, 3 out of the four of them are actually not bothering me about when we are coming back and not worried about it, which is a first for me in 15 years. Number 4 child will be too after a few trips I'm sure. Stress free dentistry..... magic. Xxx
This dental clinic is excellent very friendly staff. And my teeth and gums have improved and are healthy from using the clinic.
Great staff and experience, very friendly and extremely professional Practice. I Broke a tooth whilst staying with my partner in Horsham and couldn't get to my regular dentist and so I called Colosseum and the Receptionist accommodated me with an emergency appointment the very next day when the repair was quickly and painlessly made. I have subsequently changed my Dentist in favour of Colosseum who I highly recommend!
I'm trying to get through now for an emergency appointment i have an abscess causing me great pain and i've been ringing since 09.00 its now 09.50 and just getting pushed to voice mail I've left two messages. Is the practice closed?
Avoid at all costs. Not had great experiences there apart from the hygienist. Never the same dentists, I saw one once who was rude, and now have waited two years yes, 2 years !! for a referral, despite chasing up. Dentists not sure what they're doing, when you're nervous it doesn't help hearing that they advise based on "what I was told at dentist school". I have a friend registered there who has issues getting appointments as they get constantly cancelled. I now have registered with a very good practice and can see the massive difference in treatment. Avoid avoid avoid.
