Moved in Hornsby from Chatswood around a year ago. I have never nominated a fixed GP, but visited same medical centre - was only effort I put.

After moving in Hornsby, I was looking for a new medical centre. After several attempt in Hornsby CBD medical centres , I decided this as my regular. 

Receptionist is there as a receptionist. - not greatly friendly but able to do what she should do. However, this is not a big deal because my main purpose was seeing a proper GP, not seeing Hilton hotel grade receptionist. 

I have been reviewed by Dr Mo whenever I visited there; whenever reviewed by her I was quite impressed by her friendly and attentive attitude with great knowledge. 

Even I was impressed by Dr Mo, I am reluctant to give 5 stars because some receptionists can  be cranky; but better than having friendly receptionists to compensate / hide under qualified practitioners.

Addition: visited again last Saturday 28 April evening. I want to appreciate warm welcoming and great assist as well as enjoyable chat with receptionist.

Very friendly. Great with kids. Very helpful.we have been going ever since it oprned and it has got busier and busier but what doctor isnt. I expect to wait past my appt time.
Dr Rahman is great with the kids and they as lso like him. Receptionists have skways been happy and helpful.

Dr Rahman is a lovely thorough, professional GP.  It is usually fairly easy to get an appointment and they are open 7 day a week.  A nice, friendly practice for adults and kids.

To be fair Dr Rahman is a very good doctor, BUT!!  Have to say the quality service of the receptionist is extremely poor. Poor organisation of booking & handling patients. I attended on time with being told a wait of 15mins or more. I kindly asked if she can ring when dr is ready so I don't need to waste time waiting. Said yes then not having any respond till I rang back to check in an hour! Was told dr is already seeing patients after me. With no sense of good customer service trying to cover her fault of forgetting to ring...to be honest, whoever needs to see doctors, mostly are sick or kind of urgent of something. Being handled in this way， totally can not accept!
