Recently done cert 3 from HOPE TRAINING COLLEGE .Must say trainers and environment of the college is positive and friendly.Trainer especially Kanika - her method of teaching and sharing of knowledge in detail is very worth it.I advice every individual who think about cert 3 training must go with HOPE TRAINING COLLEGE.

A team of unprofessional, deceitful, and arrogant people  Do not trust the positive reviews, this is mere a trap  1. I could hardly get my certificate with the help of CBS SA after 2 months. CBS SA definitely helps you with the job placement concerns and certificate once a complaint is escalated with evidence.  2. I did not get any learning opportunity at the college as they just give you printed solutions to write down the same answers on the given assessment sheets. I reported this to ASQA with evidence.  3. Employees never speak the truth related to documents, job placements, and certificates. Every time, a new madam pops up to resolve your case, and you need to explain everything from start.  4. A written communication in emails is better than verbal one as they are well-trained to back out on every matter.  5. Once you get enrollment, your legal checks process, job placements, and certification will be intentionally delayed. This extremely annoying, deceitful, and time-consuming treatment never ends.  6. This was the worst experience in my life, and was a complete nightmare.

I have completed my study from Hope Training College. I am really happy with their service. Teachers are very supportive and helpful . I also like work placement team. They gave me best placement. This is the best placement experience I have ever had. Hope opened another door for me to start a new career. Thanks to Hope team for giving me such a wonderful experience.Very professional. Strongly recommended.

Some arrogant people are on the admin. Their website is showing cheaper price but if you talk with them over phone they have different price. They say that’s older website and new one is building. What a joke, can’t believe it.

One of the best institute I have ever seen in my life. I would recommend everybody Who is looking to achieve aged care Certificate or any other. They have a excellent staff with wonderful faculty and tech time. Lavleen mam at the reception was always ready with the helping hand and the updated teachers like Rashmi mam and Aman Sir always give us the best knowledge. They can provide and also help us in clearing our doubts. Kanchan mam was always there to pick my calls and help me with any probkem I had related to my placements or my certificate. At last I would really thank to Rajinder sir to provide us with this wonderful institute and giving us the best opportunities to succeed in our life Thanks and regards Karmanpreet Singh Jaura

I had a great experience with hope training college. I have completed my Aged care + disability course from here. I have done it with quick and easily. I got my placements on time and i'm really glad that now i got my job in Aged care. I'm really thankful to them .

Honestly don’t believe on good reviews, that reviews are forced reviews by students, swear to God this is the worst college i have ever seen, i have completed my placement 2 months ago and still waiting for my certificate. I have called them 100 times and they always excuse that sorry for delay. I have applied multiple jobs and aged care ask about certificate and I don’t have certificate.. i am jobless because of this college .. shame on you guys

Harleen mam is a very thoughtful and helpful teacher. Her lessons were engaging, useful, and she is very patient with everyone and encouraging students to try and level up. I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in learning. Thanking you to Hope institute
