Came in on a Monday. Service was good. Girls were friendly and attentive. Got the burger, and it was alright, dry. I had better burgers for much less of a price.
Nice food but a bit expensive. It has pool table, so while you wait for your food y can play billiards or video games. Also they have TV's. Nice service by waiter and manager.
What a good way to relax on a summer breezy weather with onion rings and corona. We also ordered the boneless chicken buffalo which is packed with flavours.
Pretty average meal. Service was good however I’d like to not see girls arses with my lunch. I understand the name is ‘Hooters’ however it’s pretty seedy when your waitress looks about 16 and wearing a uniform like that. We ordered the boneless chicken wings which weren’t even hot when given to us. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
Was so keen for a nice dinner out with the family. I remember having a decent feed. But after tonight I definitely aren't won't be going back. The food was below average... Took a long time to come out even though the restaurant wasn't busy at all especially for a Friday night. The menu was so overpriced and nothing really made my mouth water. Service was OK. The place is fitted out with 100 TV screens and only one was on. Music was so quiet. U definitely won't be missing out on much if u never go to Hooters Campbelltown
I took the family out for dinner on Thursday night at the request of my son for his birthday. I was hesitant because of the bad reviews but he insisted so we went. I’m glad we did because the service and the food was fantastic. It wasn’t a very busy night so I can’t attest to what happens when it does get busy but we were seated quickly, our drinks came out fast and although the food took longer than I thought it should have due to the lack of customers it did come out hot, fresh and tasty. We needed some recommendations regarding sauces and our waitress gave excellent suggestions even though she was a bit nervous that she might get it wrong but she didn’t...everything was so good. We had 6 main meals, two of which were whole racks of ribs, plus a plate of wings to share and soft drinks. It worked out to a little over $40 per person which was a pleasant surprise. I had a chat with the manager about the bad reviews and my hesitation is coming and she told me that all the managers are new, both on the floor and in the kitchen. So they all seem to be doing something right because my family and I had a great night out even though my expectations were low. So if you’ve been disappointed in the past maybe you could give them another chance because we loved it.
Starting off with the girls rostered on were wonderful, polite and took our order quickly. What followed was a disaster. Waited 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive and as we watched numerous customers wait at the door to be seated due to the lack of staff members was terrible. We then waited another hour while to watch all the customers that arrived long after us get the food they ordered while no food arrived for us. We ordered at simple lot of 20 wings, 10 wings and a side of chips. Nothing that should surely take over an hour to prepare while people that were seated after us got all the food they ordered. Due to the lack of staff our night was terrible. Please take this as an indication to roster more than two girls on for dinner service. The up side, the McDonalds around the corner was delicious.
Ordered the 50 wings and was only given 2 sauces. Asked for more and was charged for it, worked out that if you split the wings into different flavours and get more than 3 sauce it's cheaper to do it as 5 orders of 10. Punishing the customer for ordering more rather than less doesn't sit right with me. Service was average at best. With all this being said the wings are spectacular.
The place was ok. We were there today fur lunch time and there was only is and another table. The service were very average and was not very fast considering there were only two tables there. Condiment there were very pricey for what you get. The wings were lovely tho hence my three stars. Overall I would go there for the experience but probably not very often for the price.
WORST SERVICE EVER!! The place only had 10 people in there and everything my wife and I ordered took forever to arrive and was actually NOT what we ordered. My wife ordered a burger. After 40 minutes it came out burnt and with incorrect ingredients inside. We sent it back and 30 minutes later the replacement burger arrived. It was not burnt but again it had the wrong ingredients, even after specifically telling the waitress the first time that it was wrong. By this point she had been waiting well over an hour to eat so we did not send it back again. I got the "all you can eat" wings, I didn't want very hot wings so I ordered Mild. After eating 20 of what I THOUGHT were Mild wings and waiting 15 minutes with my hand up trying to get service with no luck I got up and walked to the waitress to ask for more wings. I asked for Garlic flavour because the "Mild" was too hot. At this point I was told there is no Garlic flavour or Mild flavour available that night. I complained right away and asked what flavour my initial 20 wings were. They said I was given HOT flavour. I was not happy, but proceeded to order an additional 5 BBQ flavour wings. After 30 minutes I was sick of waiting so we went to the register to settle the bill. To top it all off, I had to wait a further 30 minutes at the register to speak to the manager about the issues. I offered to pay half of the bill which I felt was generous, but all they would do is 20% off and argue with me. They also lied to my face saying that the burger was supposed to come with lettuce, tomato and onion even though the description AND picture of the burger in their menu shows otherwise. You be the judge, I have included the picture with description from the menu along with a picture of what we received. Disgusting service REPLY TO MANAGEMENT RESPONSE: I honestly don't know why you bother arguing, just take a look at the consistently bad reviews against your restaurant and you will realise you have a huge problem. It would also seem that your ability to read is about as good as your service. Here, let me correct your comments in point form nice and easy: - I said there were 10 PEOPLE in the restaurant not 10 TABLES. - If you put salad on ALL of your burgers then ALL of your pictures and descriptions in your menu should reflect this, not just some of them. - Regarding the wings, I would have sent them back if I knew they were not what I had ordered. As I said, I only found out by chance AFTER I had eaten them that you did not actually serve me what I ordered. - Lastly, both meals were actually NOT finished. My wife only ate part of her second burger and I did not receive the second set of wings that I ordered.
