Great range of Japanese and Korean products. Of course they have Chinese products as well but really appreciate the Korean and Japanese stuff. The shop is clean and bright. The minus side, I overheard a man mostly a supplier asking a staff to get her manager/boss to pay long overdue account.
Huge Asian store! If you love instant noodles, brace yourself Best shampoo & conditioner! Korean brand Ryo. Staff is always lovely there. Love this place.
Pretty decent mix of Japanese, Korean, and Chinese items. Good range of snacks but unfortunately not the best well stocked store to look for cooking ingredients.
Customer service is not good enough. We were going to buy an ice cream for dessert after dinner and found one is $11.9. It was showing as $22 at the counter. We told the female cashier the marked price is $11. She went to the fridge with us and told us the item is misplaced. So I asked which one is the $11 ice cream and I would like to buy that one. I’m pretty sure I asked nicely. But She ignored my request and just walked away. The way make me feel that I’m very cheap and can’t afford $22 to buy an ice cream. This unpleasant experience totally ruined our pleasant night. Not coming back again.
TWO YEARS PAST USEDBY DATE!! I'd love to give this place a better rating, they have a range of soy sauce that can be seen from the space station, and a range of confectionery that should make anyone a diabetic. But. It's July 2019, and it is unacceptable for used by dates of 2018 & 2017 to be on sale. Once is a mistake, 2017 is 'it must be sold we don't care if our customers get sick and have food poisoning.'
If you do not buy their plastic bags, the staff simply refuse to help you put all the items into your own bags. That feeling sucks, especially after you already told them you won’t want the receipt helping them avoiding tax.
BEWARE: Becareful when buying Chilli from China, there were signs of Weevils in the two packets i brought branded 'Hepai'. Hard to photograph, but the silk like webbing was very apparent and stuck the flakes together in a clump.
Australia's best lunchmeat has been out of stock for over two months, and now it's back in stock, so stock up as soon as possible. Because it's so good
Good variety. However had a bad experience with a rude cashier. Taiwanese accent in short hair who missed my request of having a bag twice and did not give me one eventually, and when I asked for that, she SIMPLY put the responsibility to me who did not pay for the bag who control and input in the cashier hello?. And she tried to said ‘it’s you who didn’t pay and u still need to pay. Hello? Was I the one to scan the products? It does not benefit your own self if you never admit your false. Thank you.
Always a great experience here. They have a good range of products and the checkout girls are polite and fast
