Wow!! What a fantastic place, I’m so glad I came across it. Where do I start, the fresh fruit and vegetables look and now I know taste amazing. Great prices especially the seasonal produce. Also the staff were so helpful with the questions I had and some of their cooking suggestions I can’t wait to try. For these reasons and more is why I’ve given 5 Stars. I’ll be back for sure.
Don’t waste your time shopping here anymore after change of owners it’s gone completely down hill fruit and veg is definitely seconds has fruit flies and is not fresh !nNothing like what the old owner used to sell the produce they use to have was so fresh and tasty and the shop was always nice and tidy and clean I don’t no where you buy your fruit and veg from now but it’s certainly not fresh and your shop looks messy and untidy.nVery disappointing when the new owner and all their staff don’t speak English and are all very rude.nIt’s a huge shame the community had a great fresh fruit and veg shop now it’s changed hands that is no longer the case I don’t understand why you wanted to take over the fruit shop for one if you or your staff can’t speak English and are going to be rude to all your customers and for two if your going to stock terrible fruit and veg that is not fresh.nThen why bother taking over!?nClearly just for profit.nIt’s annoying when this happens it’s happening everywhere.nDon’t buy a business if you’re not passionate about it.nDo better don’t just come here and start a business just purely for money and not willing to keep up the customer satisfaction the store had before you took over stop trying to save a few $$ by buying the seconds fruit at the wholesale markets you buy from and selling it for top dollar when it’s not fresh.nYour businesses won’t last if you continue this. Won’t be back to shop here and I recommend everyone else to avoid this fruit and veg shop it would be worth the effort to go elsewhere to get fresh quality fruit and veg !!
Very disappointed since the change of owners. Everything is pre packed now, old produce but cheap for a reason. I’m all for supporting local farmers but I feel like I’m just being ripped off. We purchased a bag of oranges the other day and by the time we got home, our car smelt absolutely vile. It was an old mouldy squashed orange in the middle of the bag.
4 time in a row the cucumbers had a weird taste.. most of the veggies are not fresh. We think we should go there coz of price difference between Cole’s Woolworth and them .. yes there is a price difference but very bad taste
I love this fruit and vegetable shop!nThe products are always well displayed and fresh.nnAs you can see it lights up well at night time.nnThey also have a decent variety of plants available for sale. I often find myself taking a random plant home. nnThank you
