Absolutely hopeless. Sent 2 email enquiries from their website, no reply. Rang the store and received an offhand response, had no idea or interest in the emails or products I enquired about. Won't bother them again.
Got a quote for blinds Told it would take 2 weeks then it was 4 to 5 weeks. Plus the colour we picked wasn't in stock
