Good-old-fashion personalised customer service unlike most Bunnings stores. John in the paint section was very helpful, patient and friendly with me last Saturday. John thoroughly described in detail the procedure of tile painting.
Janine was lovely to deal with. Give that woman a raise! Unfortunately I found Grace to be quite rude.
Ladies, if you take your projects seriously, don’t deal with Brendon. Though the manager has been very friendly, no compensation over Brendon’ appalling behaviour has been offered. There are better places where women are taken seriously so consider other shops.
It was nice meeting John from paint department. Great Friendly customer service. Much appreciated.
Always had a good experience here. I often find someone who is looking forward to help me when I need it... and I really appreciate the help with loading the products in my car.nThat's why I prefer to do my shopping here instead of Bunnings.
