WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Giving this a 1 star but would give none! Booked to stay here for 3 nights over the new years period. Was notified in less than 24 hours just before new years eve that my booking had been cancelled. I attempted to call the owner of the apartments multiple times and never heard back. I sent numerous text messages and not one single response!!! This left us searching for last minute AND overpriced accomodation over the new year period. Very disapointing to not have ever gotten back to me to explain why it was cancelled or to owe an apology. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Have been multiple times during visits to Melb. Excellent service with the added bonus of the restaurant downstairs, who is always happy to bring food up to the room.
