Since 1993 HSA has operated as a not-for-profit (NFP) service provider within the broader social or community sector in the Rockhampton area. HSA originated as a local, grass-roots service through the work of people living in this community and driven by the needs of people living in this community. HSA's purpose is to create opportunities for people with a disability to participate in our community the way they choose.
