I went over 4 hours threshold because the payment machine by the carpark entrance didn't work. So I was 4 hours 6 minutes in the carpark and they charged me $30. The guy on the help line refused to make any adjustments. This is on a long weekend, not some business day. Avoid going there if you want to relax, shop and maybe grab a lunch
Good shopping mall for all things home. Various mattress stores, furniture, electronics and home appliances. Pet supplies as well. Interesting architecture with exposed steel beams from a previous use. Have a look a the ceiling next time you are there.
Parking basement. Mostly furniture, n The Good Guys, Howard's storage but no Cafe or eateries like before. Seemed fairly quiet.
Decent mall. Everything home.nnThe parents room is ok better than ones at Westfield.nnFor first time visitors it's not obvious where the lifts are from the blue car parking lot, signage could be improved.nnWill definitely visit again.
Fix your carpark. Took 20 minutes to get out from Level CP1. Extremely bad design carpark with all entering and exiting traffic having to snake in one lane. Avoid.
