I am located in Melbourne 3000 a delivery was supposed to occur between 2:00 and 4:00pm yesterday 1 October 2025 they only communicate via their portal which I didn’t realise at the time l texted them which was delivered and no response by reception area was aware of the delivery and was awaiting their arrival after 6:00pm Pepe Bakery the people to whom they were delivering for had left for day and only by chance did I go back into their portal to see they claimed it had been delivered after 6:00pm left apparently left on a table in a public area did not altert our concierge of their arrival nor did they buzz our intercom system there were perishables ordered left in a public area unannounced for absolutely anyone could just pick it up all orders should be treated with respect Australia Post Woolworths Amazon do not behave in this manner so I concur with previous criticisms of the organisation!
If I could give 0 stars I would.nUnfortunately I have no options but to use this horrible company.nI've seen drivers throw a box of my frozen food on my front door step, I've seen them leave it out in the rain, I've seen them drop it at my feet, I've been the drivers speed down my street & then slam the brakes on last minute! They leave the food out in sight for others to steal, the drivers are rude.nEvery fortnight that I do have to use this company I dread because of how awful my items get treated!nEither get new people who actually care about their job or shut the business down!nIt's horrible!
On two recent occasions box of groceries left upside down despite clear instructions fragile and this way up items and eggs totally crushed and dripping from box. Obviously delivery drivers could not care about items and box looks like it was thrown from the truck. Would not recommend this company at all - unfortunate for reputable companies that use their service as they are the ones who wear the complains and refunds
You get about a 10% chance of the driver actually following the delivery instructions. The rest of the time - the box is thrown from the footpath, left in the rain or left in full public view so it gets stolen. Honestly - stop providing the option for delivery instructions so at least there’s no expectations.
