Thank you for quick response but that doesn’t change the fact that I received poor job in such a hassle. I’m amazed if this is proud work then certainly I shall not come back. Half of my lashes fallen within 20hours, and lots of them were just attached in chunks. People who have seen my lashes are all shocked it is professional’s job. It’s better to admit the fault and apologise than keep putting your proud up. I’m very disappointed. I’ve done several lash job done in the past but this is by far most unapologetic and irresponsible attitude I’ve seen from beautician. The job wasn’t done properly and I feel sorry you just ignored and hoped I don’t notice. Instead of finding excuse for my lash lift done ages ago, there are many ways to make better result but your staff just didn’t put effort into it. Maybe that was mannerism or just lazy staff I don’t know. That’s your business to care. As much as you don’t want to damage your reputation I don’t want others to experience such bad job on lashes and waste their valuable time.

The girls were lovely, professional and accommodating! The results are just perfect and exactly what I asked for! Will definitely come back when I’m in town! Thank you Kim and Wendy!!

Just got my lashes done and absolutely love them! The staff are very knowledgeable and talented at what they do. Booking for an appointment was smooth, they were on time and results speak for themselves! Thank you so much! Highly recommended
