Story

Built to resemble an old ship, as you delve deeper into the venue, Holy Grail’s rustic wooden interior, littered with unique and antique pieces will take you further and further away from the hustle and bustle of Chapel Street.

With an open plan seating area in the front of the venue, further down it becomes more intimate, with private booths, couches and lounge chairs lining both sides of the bar.

Small and intimate gatherings, or large and lively groups – We can entertain whatever night you have planned.

With ever changing seasonal cocktails, our bartenders are able to create all the classics, as well as anything your heart desires. Our local and international beers, wines and spirits set a benchmark for the best bars in Melbourne.

Great spot with large comfy couches and a separate smoking area. Found it odd to see people smoking in the front section until you see the back area is separated by glass doors. Cocktails here are 10/10, very unique and well made. Can get busy on weekends but noise levels are still reasonable to chat
Had a birthday gathering here a while ago, it was wonderful. Came back for some drinks with friends another time, and again it was amazing! You can get food from the pizza place across the road, ordering it from Holy Grail’s QR codes, and they’ll bring it over to your table. I can’t recommend this place enough. The vibes are spectacular! Like you’re on an old pirate ship, only the booze are yummier, and you don’t get sea sick nnThe staff are all super friendly. Really chill people who know how to make a damn good cocktail
Very cool interior, reminds me of a pirate ship vibe.nnI like how you can turn on the light switch in the booth when you’re ready to order!nThe drinks are made in front of you and there’s many different drinks to choose from.nThey also serve delicious food including pizzas, pastas, and finger food.nnGreat place to grab a drink with friends as well as a bite.nMusic not too loud that you can hear each other talk nnService was fast and efficient.
Rusty and cozy place, perfect for hanging out with friends. Not much option for food which is understandable but both pizzas we had were very tasty and full of flavours. the drinks were amazing, both taste and presentation.
