Picked my 2 dogs up on Saturday. The lady tried to tell me that one of my dogs has a sore on him. I realised afterwards when I got home and spoke to my partner about it whom had checked my dogs everywhere which is something we do before dropping off to be groomed and confirmed that there were no marks etc prior and that we both saw my dogs had cuts/razor scrapes from the clippers they had used that day. The audacity of her trying to pass blame and not take responsibility. Should be ashamed of themselves. Also their hair cut looks ridiculous, they used to do a much better job but have gone downhill. Another important thing to note is if you really care about your dog I would not at all recommend them to be groomed here because of the high safety risk. I had to continuously tell them please don't leave the front sliding door open which leads right out to the main road. Their tiny dog fence that doesn't even close securely is such a weak barrier that my 2 small dogs would be able to either jump it or nudge it open and if the front sliding door is left open which it usually is then they would run straight onto oncoming cars. I wish I read their reviews sooner, I'm mortified. Reading about people's experiences of dogs having cuts, fractures and even as far as escaping because of negligence is beyond scary. I don't understand how this place is still in business but I certainly won't be coming back.
We have been taking our Cavoodle here since she was a puppy. We continuously took her here because of how happy she is and she’s always smelling so nice. But after a while, we have encountered 2 unfortunate incidents and we gave them a benefit of doubt. However, the last one was the tip of the iceberg. The first incident was when we picked up our puppy and they accidentally clipped the side of her leg. They were apologetic about it and managed to give us a discount. However, the second time when my partner and I went to go and pick up our dog.. we couldn’t find her. The guys from the takeaway store next door carried her over and we were shocked as she had escaped the groomers and the groomers did not even know!! They left the back door opened and she ran out. They were not apologetic as they were in shock of how it happened and we still had to pay for the service, especially when we’re their regular customer for 2 years. I would not recommend this place to anyone as I honestly don’t want anyone to experience what we went through. We had found another groomer and realised how secure and safe that place is compare to here. Hollywood pets need to do a risk assessment in order to keep all their dog clients safe!
They are great till something goes wrong. Very hard to communicate with the staff when they don't take ownership for their work. My dog had the most hideous hair cut that looked so bad that I couldn't look at him, in fact I thought he was taking out of the shop when I couldn't recognise him. You can imagine what was after that. I tried to explain but after 45 min down the track they tired to fix it. The hair cut was too short to fix. Not happy this time!!
NEVER AGAIN!! Took my dog here for his first grooming. They took over 5 hrs, and when I went to get him , he came out with a fractured leg, and could not walk for months. They did not take the responsibility for it, neither paid for the high expense I had. Instead, they blamed the various other dogs they had all together in a confined area and did not replied to my messages. Greedy, very unprofessional people. A truly Horrifying experience which left my dog traumatized. DISGUSTING… I DO NOT recommend this place!

Absolutely fantastic. My dogs always come home looking and smelling great. These guys are professional and very skilled and our dogs seem at ease there. It can't be easy grooming a sheltie and a rough collie but they always do a faultless job. Highly recommended.
Professional, friendly staff who are particular about the services they provide for your dogs. Our dogs always come back looking and smelling great and are relaxed on pick up.
Very expensive grooming because they have a size chart for XS, S and M whereas other places groups XS and S together, so I end up paying more when i come here because my dog is above the XS weight. But that being said they do a very good job and the groomer is clearly very competent at their job and follow instructions well.
Very skilled groomers, and reasonable pricing.
