Went in for a full set of acrylics. First of all they took 2 and a half hours to complete the service, secondly they told me after the 2 hours that they weren’t able to do the simple design I was after. $85 for one standard colour!!!! And $65 for a simple pedicure usually happy to pay these prices if the service is good The day after I got my nails done two of the nails had snapped after completing simple tasks like opening a door; after 3 days 6 nails had snapped at the tip and the paint supposed shellac was coming off the other nails.  I contacted support and they assured me of a complimentary service. When I went in to my appointment the staff denied me what I was promised and said that if they were to complete the service they would be charging full price despite showing the emails to them from support stating my complimentary service.  I get my nails done on a regular basis and have never experienced this low quality before. The customer service was terrible also. I don’t want anyone to have the same issue after spending money on a service, so I would be happy to recommend Venus nails, I have always had the best experience with them, the staff are lovely and they always do the most stunning nails.

I would rate this place a 1 star. They didn’t have set prices and just make up the price depending on what you get. I was charged an extra $10 for having a sparkly nail in each hand $60 in total and they only told me the price after they did my nails. My nail on my index finger fell off the day after and I’ve had to cut my nail down on my thumb after the second day because they left cracks in it. Definitely would AVOID this place!!!

would never complain about a place if necessary but the worst experience i have EVER had in a nail shop. the lady doing my nails would not stop when i told her how much she was hurting me, continued to be totally rude and dismissive to the point i left the shop with my nails half taken off. i said i was leaving and going elsewhere and others in the shop agreed it was ridiculous how she was talking to me. total embarrassment from a business, i’d recommend diamond nails which is round the corner if you need a salon close by.Service:&nbsp;Dip powder

I got my nails done today 1.45pm. Very bad nail salon I have never had before.!!! I got my nails with staff look  thin, white skin and younger and her name is Winnie I don’t know true or fake name, She very bad energy and bad service. Her face emotions very rude. I feel like she lazy to do her job. I have no idea why she pretended like she doesn’t enjoy to do this job. I’m very disappointed!! 3 words for this shop “DON’T COME HERE ”  I asked the lady to clean up the polish around my toes, which she did on one toe then walked away. Also, they did not scrub my heels or remove dead skin which frankly I expect in a pedicure. I asked about this and was told ‘we don’t have the tools for that’. It was $60. Overpriced for what it is, do not recommend. I feel like they make up Price what they wanna change. They doesn’t have standard price. that really bad ever!!!!

do not go to this salon i went in there for a set of acrylics and ended up sitting there for the next 2 and a half hours and paying $105 which there prices say it should only be $55. not even a good job for that much money, there were chips missing from the sides of my nails, little black specks over the nail, the nail was wonky and not shaped as how i asked, they where all different lengths, and the nail design i asked for ended up looking completely different than how i asked. would not recommend, i will never go back there.Services:&nbsp;Nail designs

When I went in , the manager lady was really nice but the lady wearing black shirt who did my nails was terrible. She won’t give me 30 seconds extra to decide my color. When I showed her my picture , she had no interest whatsoever to serve me , kept saying I don’t know etc etc. while doing my pedicure , I was asking her some questions about my nails later I will be doing after my pedicure and she had no interest in answering , the only interest she had was the prices and kept mentioning me this is gonna cost you extra like 5 times. And at the end when I was doing my shellac and kept my nails out ; she literally looked at me angrily and said some words to the other customer about me as if I am dumb or sth. I am never going to back and getting served by that lady. Worst.Service:&nbsp;Manicure

Worst service i’ve ever experienced. the older lady who did my nails cut my skin multiple times, messed up the design i asked for french tip and kept aggressive pushing my hands away when done. supposed to be $55 according to the price out the front but i ended up paying $95 for some reason. so unhappy. sat for 3 hours and left so unsatisfied. very messy

I go here all the time to get my nails done, I always get SNS and try with designs and recentlyive been trying nail art as well. Always accommodating and last really well. The environment is lovely and artists are ways up for a challenge. Pricing is good and affordable... overall my fav nail place out of the couple I've tried Services:&nbsp;Nail extensions

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I went in to the salon to change my nail colour on acrylics that were already done. After finishing my nails the owner of the store charged me $55 just for a colour change. I found this confusing as they charge people the same price for refills and full set acrylics. I then thanked them for their service but told her it’s wrong to overcharge people for their services. She then proceeded to say ‘Maybe because you’re from the country side you wouldn’t understand these type of prices, you’re forgetting that you’re in the city.’ Little did she know is I’m actually from the city and her judgement was greatly unappreciated. Disgusting service from the owner and all staff.

My manicure needed to be fix, as they did a bad job, and they tried to do the same with my pedicure, which they make It worst. We spend 2 hours there. The Girls were nice, and try to do their best, but if u r a perfectionist, this is not a good place to go.
