Got my nails done today at Hollywood Nail, amazing staffs, extremely professional and helpful. Very happy with my nails, will be back again after holiday. Well done ladies

I have been to quite a few nail salons. This one is by far the best. No only do your nails come out looking gorgeous but the service you get from the team there is so welcoming.

Took my wife in yesterday as an early anniversary surprise but it was horrid. Disqusting customer service, dirty nail equipment and very much over priced. I recall seeing a girl being physically hit by the nail tech and being told to sit still constantly. Just a bad place to be, and I don’t recommend anyone goes here. Do better.Services: Nail painting

Amazing staff and they do a wonderful job. Have my nails done and they never look cheap and nasty. Once at training a nail snapped on my hand due to a rude customer running into me they fixed it for me that day. Went back in yesterday 13th Dec 2022 and they did my nails in a Xmas design I love it

I walked this place around 12:15pm this afternoon to change my nail extensions. I was attended promptly, started with the first step of procedure but was left unattended for around 45 minutes. After 45 minutes 3 different staffs attended me for 3 different steps. And then again I was left unattended for 15 minutes. Around 1:15pm, I called out to staff as I had to be somewhere by 1:50pm. They told me wait another 2 minutes and then one staff attended me. I spend 2 hours in this place, still had to walk out without my nail being painted as I was running out of time.

It’s not excellent service when you are passed from person to person to do your nails, I had about 3 workers do mine, 2 ladies and Daniel. My nail polish glitter shade was meant to be a stand out pink for the ring fingers but they don’t seem to listen to what you want, Daniel chose a much lighter glitter that can hardly be noticed on my nails. Also, the nail colours they show you are false, couldn’t get the pink I chose, he substituted it with a light pastel pink. Also, there’s a lot of dents on my pink nails that he painted on, looks unprofessional when I look closely. On a positive note, a lady worker accepted me in right away when I walked in enquiring and wanting an appointment. My advice to the staff is have one for one customer and listen to what your customers want, they’ll no doubt be back if your service is improved.Service: Manicure
