Paid loads of money for multi bifocal glasses Which never was correctly fitted due to inaccurate measurements of the lenses. after a few attempts of trying to fix this problem was told that my eyes had trouble focusing on the lenses. Thus they let me walk out with spending over 2k, including appointments, without even offering me some refund. So now I have a useless pair of expensive framed glasses .
The best experience I have with an optometrist in 55 years of wearing glasses, staff very caring and professional the whole experience from having my eyes tested to picking up my glasses was first class, extremely happy with my prescription and choice of frames, thank you. Have no hesitation in recommending Holloway Vision with their up to date equipment and communication from both management and staff.
