My husband spent $260 on an "Indulgence Package" for my mother's day present. This was meant to be a big treat and I was really looking forward to it. First impressions of the centre were terrible. Nothing looked very clean, the robe they gave me was old and tattered, the thongs were a bit wet and obviously had just been used by someone else before me. The ceiling had mold and dust, the towels were old, the washing basket was dirty and broken. The 'faclities' included a sauna room, a steam room, and a jacuzzi which was actually just a bath tub. It had cold stale water from someone who had been there before, so I had to empty the bath myself, then refill. I didn't have the courage to go in, it looked dirty and there was nothing to clean it with. There is nothing relaxing or luxurious about this place. In saying all that the actual treatment which included a facial, mud wrap, and body scrub was well done but was not worth the amount of money paid. Will not be back.
Worse of worse . I bought 4 sessions of macro and the experience was terrible . First session was done very poorly, second one was the same . And that was it . I was late for the appointment for 15 minutes obviously they cansell it fare enough , then made my last appointment, took half day off work , turn up on time and they mix up my time , asked to come back in 30 , sorry got other things planned as I only got 1 week day off in a months . They cancel it as well. From 4 sessions only had 2 done . I won't worry about this place . Worse experience ever . Thank you for wasting my time and money .
I came for Microdem, Glycolic Peel + Anti-Ageing Serum, the staff were excellent. And the job was very thorough. I will definitely come back and also refer my friends.
I have had the best microdermabrasion at this place. All staff are very friendly and helpful, would strongly recommend. Great service..:
