Very bad travel agency in Dandenong,VIC. I booked my return ticket with the Holiday XP agency last year and on the return, my flight got cancelled due to the airline which didn't take off that day. the travel agency right away re-booked another flight on my behalf and gave me only 2 hours to be at the airport for an international flight. as a result, I came to the airport 2nd time and the check in desk was already closed and the airline was getting ready to take-off. I tried to explain to the travel agency staff on the phone  that you re-booked my ticket very,very late and as a result I missed the flight; they never booked another ticket for me.  so I had to purchase a new one by my own over the Christmas holidays. Holiday Xp is a total scam. Be cautious fellow travelers!  Never ever deal and buy flight ticket from the Holiday XP.
