We had a truly delightful stay at this beautifully appointed hotel, which combines tasteful interior design with a light-filled, welcoming lobby that sets the tone from the moment you arrive. The check-in process was exceptionally smooth, thanks to the warm and attentive staff who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Their professionalism, generosity with their time, and consistently helpful attitude greatly enhanced our overall experience.nnOur room was spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and fully equipped with all necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay. The breakfast offering was another highlight—extensive in variety and of high quality, catering to a wide range of tastes.nnWe were thoroughly impressed by both the facilities and the outstanding level of service, and we will most certainly return on our next visit.
Amazing experience overall. Stay 3 night off peak and everything exceptionally exceeded my expectations considering the modest price. Great service with friendly staff whom accommodated my injury with respect, high started breakfast buffet though I was limited in what I could eat I could tell much effort has been taken with their choices on offer, clean, quiet and comfortable manual temperature controlled room, the disability access is exceptional, rooftop pool area is amazing. Easy walking access to the city and beautiful beaches. It would be great to have access to the water filter for longer than the buffet times. Will stay again for sure. Well done guys!
Pros. … the staff were friendly. Pool was great and everything clean. Walking distance to shops. Tv was chrome cast so easy connecting if you want to watch Netflix etcnCons …. Bed was rock hard. Pillows were so small. Room was not sound proof heard loud music most of the night. Patio tiles were loose. Very hot inside hotel the aircon was set at 21 but really hot. Breakfast could have more choices. Parking was off site however cheaper if you didn’t leave the car park. Bathroom light in the middle of the night husband used bathroom as the shower wall is glass it lit up the whole room.
Had such a lovely stay here! It’s one of those places that just feels good the moment you walk in. The hotel is spotless, vibrant and filled with great energy. I loved the open design and beautiful lighting throughout.nnA huge shoutout to the amazing team—everyone from reception to housekeeping was so warm and professional. Special thanks to Nikky whose service was truly world-class.nnThe location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, which made everything super convenient. I’ll definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!
Hotel and staff were friendly and helpful.nnHotel was exceptionally clean.nnThe heated rooftop pool was definitely not warm but love the rooftop bar in the afternoon. Happy hour between 5-6pm but only downstairs not the rooftop bar.nnFood options were limited but had the basics chips were really good!.nnRoom was comfortable and well appointed, however the shower drain seemed clogged up and flooded most of the bathroom floor, making it at times dangerous especially when accessing the bathroom in the middle of the night.nnDid not appreciate the small sign constantly taunting me and asking if I was “feeling peckish” In all seriousness, bed was comfortable, blinds were blackouts and I was able to get a really good nights sleep. Location is very central to everything.nnWould recommend and come back here again.
