My stay at the Holiday Inn in Dandenong was excellent. The staff were consistently polite, warm, and genuinely welcoming, making the experience feel personal and comfortable. Every interaction—from check-in to housekeeping—was handled with professionalism and friendliness.nnThe rooms were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully presented. Attention to detail was clear, and the overall environment felt fresh and inviting.nnOverall, the hotel delivered a high standard of service and cleanliness, and I would happily stay again.
We love this hotel. The beds are extremely comfortable, the staff are extra friendly, the breakfast is delicious and the location is perfect. You can walk to the amazing Dandenong Markets and the hotel is opposite the Dandenong Square shopping centre, which has everything including a cinema.nOn our last stay we also enjoyed the special Christmas Eve dinner with matching wines. We had a great time.nSee you again soon.
I was in Melb Dandenong for work, so it was not like I was in a holiday mood. Coming back to the hotel room from a long day at work, and away from home, made a big difference because the staff were great.nThe Staff was friendly and the hotel is Modern and Clean. The rooms were tidy and neat. The only this I felt missing was a microwave, but everything was fine.nthe Restaurant and Bar was great, food was perfect.
We had a group booking of 55 people the Hotel staff were amazing the dinners were great nothing was ever a problem for the crew. We ended up having car troubles and had to stay another night the staff were so accommodating anything to help. Special shoutout to Don he was the best always looking to help so kind a great person! Loved our stay!
Stayed at Holiday Inn Dandenong for my wife’s birthday and it was awesome. The place is clean, comfy, and in a really good spot. The staff were super friendly and made my wife feel really special which we appreciated a lot.nnBig shoutout to Don, the duty manager at the time, absolute legend. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect.nnWould definitely stay here again!
