Stayed at Holiday Inn Dandenong for my wife’s birthday and it was awesome. The place is clean, comfy, and in a really good spot. The staff were super friendly and made my wife feel really special which we appreciated a lot.nnBig shoutout to Don, the duty manager at the time, absolute legend. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect.nnWould definitely stay here again!
An absolutely wonderful stay! The rooms were spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, offering local tips and even arranging transport. Breakfast had a great variety, and the location is perfect—walking distance to restaurants and the main attractions. Highly recommended!
We had a group booking of 55 people the Hotel staff were amazing the dinners were great nothing was ever a problem for the crew. We ended up having car troubles and had to stay another night the staff were so accommodating anything to help. Special shoutout to Don he was the best always looking to help so kind a great person! Loved our stay!
Everything was amazing. We loved having the shopping plaza so close.nPlease clarify check in information for new guests, it was a little complicated with accessing the checkin bays car park again after check in, Excellent security though! and please tell new guests on arrival that children eat free at the restaurant!! We didn't know. Thanks for having us.
We made a last-minute booking through booking.com and got an accessible room. The room was pretty basic, the rug in the room has stains and looked dirty. The water from the bathroom was not draining properly and had spread all over. The hotel was not that busy and we could have easily got a better room if they would have really cared about their guests with genuine hospitality. The hotel does not have a pool, and it does not offer value for money. Being under IHG, it does not live to its brand standard.
