This hotel is beautiful in the heart of Dandenong. The buffet breakfast was very good. Their muffins tasted super fresh, they had all the full buffet and Continental breakfast available at a good rate with a disc if you're a guest. The rooms were extremely comfortable including the beds. A short walk to the markets and dande shops is just out front. Loved our stay here.
This hotel gets 5 stars because of the amazing service and kindness from all of the staff!nDon at reception went above and beyond after the TV in our room didn't work - Following a long day with my 9 year old this was very appreciated, his welcoming demeanour and attitude was so joyous! Felt the staff were all so genuine at helping us settle in.nThe beds were very comfortable with basic essentials in the room.nBuffet breakfast had a good selection although the hot food was not hot at all although the staff at dinner service were able to get my sons favourite Vanilla Ice Cream despite not being on the menu.nWould still return for another stay.
Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, especially Don who did a great job fixing my tv that a previous guest had stuffed.nThe other thing that was most impressive was the quality of the restaurant food.n11 out of 10!nYou don’t normally expect to find good restaurant quality food in a suburban motel!nI’ll be back.nHighly recommended.
These kind staff helped very me late at night with a last minute room when my accommodation plans went south coming from the airport. They were compassionate and helpful and in the end because of them I managed to get enough sleep to make it for my work event the next day without being a wreck. The rooms were warm and cozy. Highly recommend just for the staff kindness alone.
One of the best hotels in Melbourne. Best location. Best service. Their DM Don and Nilesha at the reception made the stay so comfortable. The other staff during the day was okish, but Don and Nilesha always greeted us smiling and catered to all our needs very warmly. Great stay, great location, and great service.
