Nice place that serves delicious cheese tarts.  The tarts are always fresh and have a very well balanced sweetness to them which makes them a guilty pleasure.  The tart had a nice crispy shell and the filling is soft and gooey. The new flavours that they have introduced are good but not all of them hit the right note. These tarts have a perfect bake to them.  The place sometimes runs out of tarts by the evening to better head there early to make sure you can grab your favourites.

Cheesecake base was a bit too dense and thick for the size of the tart. Fillings were rich and creamy. Pricy for such small tarts. They had a deal of six tarts for $25. Tried the plain, blueberry, strawberry and mango varieties.

My fav tart place is gone : they closed down last week so I heard yesterday.    all the best for the future and I loved your tarts!

These tarts are undoubtedly delicious and beautifully crafted, it's just so disappointing to see how expensive they've become over the years. This isn't due to inflation, it's pure greed.

This used to be my favourite dessert, but over the last year the quality of the tarts has dropped dramatically. The tart base is not baked enough and the filling has become more grainy and sugary. No issues with their customer service.

Hokkaido is an incredible gourmet Japanese sweet business, leaving you salivating whilst going through their product flavours. Whether it's a fluffy flavored puff pastry or a soft and delicious tart, you won't be disappointed from this purchase.

Excellent tarts great customer service BUT the price for this one bite cheese tart is crazy. Gold might be cheaper at the moment for the same sized piece. If these were $2—2.5 they would fly off the shelf. $4.2 is far too much to charge for such a small bite sized piece. Once is enough for me.

Recently bought tarts but pastry was very ordinary, thick & doughy. Maybe a different recipe is being used or a different pastry chef?? Thin & crispy pastry was the best part of these tarts now will probably not buy again!!

Absolutely hopeless staff and the cheese texture of the tarts has completely changed. It's runny gunk. They used to make these good and authentic but now cheap
