Really enjoyed the place and the service. I could’ve been there for hours if they didn’t close so early. We were so relieved to have found the Hoi Polloi. The best coffee in Townsville and a friendly barista too. Great little spot with great decor and delicious coffee. Service is always super friendly too. Lots of seating options.
Great coffee but poor service. Ask for some sugar comes 10-15min later, not a smile, not a reply when we said goodbye...the two staff looked jaded. Not the welcome and service you expect in such a cool environment and to start your day.

Coffee is delicious and ambiance is beautiful with all the antique furniture..Feels like a Melbourne coffee shop in Townsville.
