The best steak I've ever had! 10/10 would highly recommend! Everything on my plate was superbly fresh and perfectly cooked. First time in a long time I've completely cleared my plate The service was incredibly friendly and laid back. Special care and attention to kids, making the experience of dining out with young kids and a baby much more pleasant : Hands-down my new favourite steak house in Sydney we'll be back again... and again!
Great customer service, the food was very nice! The Whole Hog was my favourite meal. They were generous with the portion.
The meals were very good. great flavours. The service was great, very polite Team. The music could be a little louder but the atmosphere was still good. People laughing and the team also talking and laughing as they are cleaning or serving people. We will be returning. Dietary restrictions: We let the girl who served us know my husband had Allergies and she wrote that on her note pad. All his food and drink came out as we had asked for.
Went there for a family dinner, service throughout the stay was wonderful with 1 waitress being very accomodating We got our food and it was absolutely terrible. We ordered 5 meals, the steaks we ordered were all over cooked and barely edible. The rest of the food was dry. We finished the night and explained to the front waitress how terrible our experience was, she tried to get the manager to come out to chat to us, the manager refused to come and see us. Absolutely terrible from management and highly do not rate this poorly run place
Below average food, poor facilities, poor service with friendly staff. Pros: - Waitress was friendly Cons: -Food is of poor quality, burgers were ordered and all we could taste was burnt/charcoal flavour from the patty and the buns. A steak was ordered for another person on the table which was flavour less. -Value for money is not good. A lite cut of steak was ordered for one member of the group. Yes I am aware the lite cut is a smaller portion, but this looked abysmal. Lite should be renamed to 'child size'. Burgers were brought out with a small serve of chips and no salad for the size. The chips appeared to be crumbs and leftovers from unwanted orders earlier in the evening. -Timing of meals was strange. Once we placed our order, the garlic bread was delivered to the table in under 5 minutes, which is good. Then they bring out a kids cheeseburger at the same time. We were left to wait 15-20 minutes after that for the starters and the remainder of kids meals. How could the burger possibly be ready almost immediately after we order and the other kids are left waiting? I think the burger was a cancelled previous order and was microwaved. On top of this, it's nice if as a group we could have all eaten together. -Air conditioner not working. 35 degree day, probably should have the air conditioner working. Sorry Hogs Breath but this is the last time both our families eat at any of your restaurants. There are plenty of dining options and you guys need to pickup your game or lower your prices to reflect the quality of food/service you produce. Kid-friendliness: No playground, colouring in, pencil etc provided to children. Staff had to be reminded kids had free drinks and an ice cream.
The worst steak I've had in a long time. Even the chef admitted she left it on the grill and forgot it and yet still served it. Now a refund is not what I went out to dinner for . You pride yourself on being a steak house and serve that over cooked poor quality. Coleslaw no dressing and the surf and turf reheated in a basic sauce . We won't be back and hope no one else gets that poor quality food . BTW the head waitress was very accommodating.
It's Good. Chose to dine here on a weeknight, service was a bit slower than usual. Kids getting restless. I did like that they offered to bring the kids meals out with the entre as they take forever to eat their meal. our meals - burger and curly fries were truly yum! Didn't have to chase our side sauces like most restaurants either, thats always a bonus these days as we've finished our meals before receiving the sauce we ordered.. Staff are friendly.
Went here last night for sons Birthday. Waited over an hour for food while multiple uber eats delivery drivers came in & got their food with no issue. This place must push the takeaway orders in front of the Eat in customers. Absolutely ridiculous. Not a sight of management anywhere, must've been in the back office for the 2hrs we had to end up staying there. Food was pretty cold, calamari on top of steak was cold steak was cold. 30mins under a heat lamp is what it tasted like.
Thank you for our lovely meals We left full and happy. The meals were packed to the brim and delicious. The seating was comfortable and well spaced out and the customer service was amazing.
Not sure what's happening penrith hogsters.. went for dinner ordered steak like I usually do.. but it was terrible.. tuffest steak I have ever eaten. The colour wasn't right.. two parts were disappointing. It wasnt just me it was 4 of our group who had steak and they were this bad. We sent two back, but told them we didn't want it replaced.. and I doubt that the staff we told to pass on feedback did.. got the perception of zero carefactor.. Even noticed not many people there for dinner service either. Not sure if this is because of the quality of food is not good anymore... which is a shame as I used to love coming here to get an awesome steak!!!! But not any more
