A nice place to have a steak, burger or wrap. I wish they had a more extensive range of pasta dishes on offer. The best steak to me is HB’s prime cut steaks. I think they pre-cook this overnight to make the meat more tender and it works. However, they don’t seem to get sufficient “crust” when they grill the steak. The kids meals are good value, especially the steak. It’s nearly as large as an adult steak.
We dined with a Scoopon voucher. There was a mix up with our booking when we arrived , but the manager found us a table and apologised for the misunderstandingwhich I thought was really nice, you don't get this nowadays. The staff were friendly and the service was fast. We ordered the calamari and garlic bread for entree. The calamari was delicious. For mains we had the Hawaiian chicken and natural prime rib steak, both served with their famous curly fries. They were both perfectly cooked and very tasty. We ended our meals off with a decadent rocky road sundae. We enjoyed our night, it was lovely and cosy place to have dinner on a cold winters night.
Came to this Hog’s Breath for the first time yesterday and was NOT disappointed. The establishment is very clean, well kept, keeps in line with the Hoggies decor with the Americana. There is plenty of seating for both bigger groups and smaller groups or couples. The staff were attentive, friendly and had service with a smile. Store pricing is on par with the typical Hogs i.e. $30 for a traditional cut prime steak but this place also has specials from time to time which make it even more enticing to visit. See the 3 course special pic posted. Has a really nice outdoor seating area also looking out to Walter Rd. Bar offers good range of cocktail, some beers and a range of Mocktails for the younger ones. It’s a steakhouse first and foremost, come here for the steaks
I had a Cudo voucher and went there with my wife and my parents. 2 starters Garlic Bread and Calamari were ordered. Both tasted pretty good. Mains ordered were 2 fish and chips, a steak and a lamb shanks. The Lamb shanks tasted pretty good and the helping was fairly large Desserts ordered were one sticky date pudding and one mud cake. The mud cake tasted pretty good and the helping was large Every also got a drink. My dad and I each had a red wine. Everything came to 88 dollars which I thought was very good value Busy, noisy and seemed to be a bit understaffed as the lady serving seemed a bit stressed
Friendly service and good quality dishes. I had no problems with this Hogs Breath. They are much better than other branches, such as Northbridge which makes you wait an hour for food. The service here was given in reasonable time. I would be happy to come back. This was during a Saturday lunch when it's supoosed to be busiest so I was very impressed.
A very spacious layout and a great menu. The staff is very friendly and nice. The food is very tasty and the weekday specials is definitely a great deal!

Waited an hour for four dishes and water...is your chef taking a dump or what? Food was average and definitely not worth waiting for 1 hour. Some good points are: kind staff, good atmosphere, and thats pretty much it. In my opinion it is an average restaurant overall that really needs to work on getting their orders prepared quicker. Its a good place overall it just needs some work.
