Easy booking, dinner starts from 5PM Convenient location. Good and efficient service with clean and a variety of table sizes and bencches. Novel decor, Very quaint. Worked for our small" birthday" group. Drinks were Great. Meals were somewhat distorted with a mix of the order. Steaks were as described and ordered, tender but 'lacking' overall. Ribs were some thing to write about, large, tender, tasty and looked superb too. Over all not disappointed.
Reasonable price and the service was ok. Food cooking is average. Nice atmosphere.
Delicious food, and mostly great service. We've been heaps of times. : Only thing that would get us there more often is if they had a kids play area. They do have colouring in for the kids, and a great kids menu. We have tried many dishes there, and have enjoyed them all! SO much to choose from - the menu is huge!
Called to book a table, left two messages no call back. Called during identified trading hours no answer called at 6pm finally booked a table. Arrived and had to wait for a table to be cleaned despite only two other diners at the time. Poor food quality compared to multiple previous visits & drinks reorders no offered when clearing emptys. Service felt rushed with very little attention to detail.
I ordered rib eye steak and I was so disappointed. Basically a piece of grizzle and fat. Wife wanted Barramundi but they didn't have any so ended up with battered fish. She said it tasted funny and a little undercooked and couldn't eat it. She said fish from a fish and chip shop would have been better. Spoke to staff about it who offered us a discount, so instead of $95 we payed $90. Should have paid for our drinks only, will not go back. Staff were friendly enough.
Generous servings of tasty food and excellent cocktails. Only downside was the shift change. Our helpful and prompt waiter was replaced by an absent waitress who had to be chased down for us to pay. Shame really as we were going to order dessert but gave up after 15 minutes of no staff.
Have been here on a number of occasions. A great restaurant to take kids. A good option for lunch too with good priced lunch options. Steaks are always very good but it still feels like it’s a franchise style meal. Cool ambience and colouring in stuff for the kids. Curly fries are yummy and different for a change. Can sit inside or out. Recommend but not brilliant.
Went at a slow time, took 10 minutes just to be asked about drinks, server was sloppily dressed and dirty and clothes were too tight for her weight, she then sat down at customers tables to take orders. Took 45 minutes for food to come out for 4 people, it was 6pm 22 December 2018 and very quiet. The length of time we waited was made up for by the food being excellent.
We ended up waiting for over an hour and half for our meals. The drinks waiter served us quickly however it took 3 requests to get some water and glasses for our table. We were told that the cook was doing the small groups first and because we were larger we had to wait. Resturant manager needs to address this as orders come in they are made ready in order. Two tables that we saw whom came in after us had a meal and desserts before we had our meal. The meals were hot and delicious and would get a higher rating if their service and time in line was corrected. Very disappointed this was my first visit and my last.
The service was very nice and polite and the food tasted great. Speciality drinks that were made were lovely. The only downfall was we had to go to the pay desk to order our meals after waiting for the waitress to come back to us for quite some time then to be told to go back to the table and they would come and take our orders from there which was fine, instead of taking a drinks order at the same time this staff member advised us she would come back to take the drinks order - after waiting and she did not come back I decided to go back to the pay counter just to be told to go back to the table and she would come and take our order there was not many people in for lunch that day and was more than enough stuff on to cater adequately!
