Came here as a kid most school holidays and returned for the first time after 15yrs. It hasn’t changed a bit, and I mean In a greatest way. The place has old world charm, the loveliest staff and great prices. Had two hours of good fun shooting targets.  Edit: definitely met Ernie - he’s so lovely and the charming young woman also was so so nice!

This was awesome. For 4 adults I thought that it may be targeted more for children but I was wrong. We did the 15 target trail and had so much fun. Walking through their trail felt a little like Robin Hood and having different targets at various distances added to the fun. Will definitely be going back soon!

Fun range to shoot at with friendly and really helpful staff. Answered all my questions and helped me setup a bow to take home for practice. Couldn't recommend enough!

Absolutely awesome! Staff are so friendly and helpful, hire counter lady is so friendly and the gentleman in the shop is very help to answer any of my questions, love it  definitely coming back!

This was such a brilliant experience! Highly recommend! As a first timer, this was a very good experience- from the first contact on the phone and actually getting back to me, unlike 3 other archery places, to the intro lesson, to the use of the equipment, to the beginners course. We really surprised ourselves with the day and new love of archery. Great day out for a party of 4. Any more and it would take ages. It took about 2 hours with the 4 of us in the beginners course, with some beautiful shots in the places they weren't supposed to go, some coordination and obvious flaws in hand eye control but that was user error. If u haven't tried archery before, take a packed lunch and make the effort to go to this course.

They are very competitive on prices the online store is easy to order from and navigate, they delivered very quickly and are a great archery supply for me. I will definitely be making many more purchases in the future & can recommend fully for all our archery needs fellow archery enthusiasts, thanks heaps Hoddywell Archery much appreciated from David In Melb. :-

Purchased a bow package which arrived today! Saw the limbs got upgraded which is a nice surprise so thank you very much for that! The bow stringer did however break while I was stringing the bow but apart from that it's perfect! Keen to hit my local range!  For those curious on shipping, I live on the NSW south coast and it arrived exactly a week after ordering.

I only got into archery a few weeks ago so only just bought a quiver and a top point release aid online. They arrived the next day. Unbelievable,  as I did plan to drive to the shop but it's over an hour away for me. Will definitely order more stuff and will take a trip to the shop soon.  Stuff was well boxed and protected and pleased with both items and the service.  A+++

Excellent experience with this company. I was a first time buyer in this field, purchasing a birthday gift for my friend. I received honest and helpful advice in order to make my purchase. I ran into trouble waiting for delivery as some items ran out of stock after I had purchased. When I rang up to find out what was happening with my order, they quickly took ownership of the issue and made sure everything was delivered as soon as possible. Don't often leave reviews, but I highly recommend this place to anyone interested.

Brought some black eagle arrows, super fast shipping and arrows arrived in excellent condition. Would highly recommend Hoddywell archery to anyone and everyone. Thanks guys
