Really nice staff,  but lacking in a high selection of products across all ranges of hobbies. Prices ok, there are some good deals. Just let down by not having a great range.

Paint and Hobby supply section seems very neglected… I’ve visited a few times over the last couple of months and the shelves are rarely re-stocked. Hobby supplies and paints  are sparse and has left myself and probably other enthusiasts looking elsewhere. Hopefully it improves

Did not have a good shopping experience. Waited 10 minutes to be served - staff gave no acknowledgement and continued to work on servicing rc cars. I left the shop in the end without buying and ordered online. This is why bricks and mortar retail is dying...

I purchased a 1/18 scale car display case from Hobby One. The item was shipped with 48 hours as described at the checkout which was most pleasing!nnI have purchased this item before I'm the past and they are excellent quality for the price, particularly via Hobby One.nnAn easy shopping experience and Im happy to recommend this store.

Australian post never shipped the item, so Hobby One gave me a refund. Though I never got the item I bought, communication was excellent. They definitely have integrity.
