Great service, I needed a pinion for my slash and they were very helpful in finding one. The pinion is not holding up but that’s only because it’s not build for the power of a slash. Would recommend going here for your rc spares
Read about my very weird and uncomfortable experience at the Blair Athol store with Logan yesterday and you be the judge. Staff should not be providing unsolicited, disparaging, and, quite frankly, slanderous information about their interactions with other customers irrespective of a known, or perceived, relationship between the two customers. My customer service experiences at the Blair Athol store with Logan have been uncomfortable on a number of occasions.nI will not be returning to the store of my own volition and I will move my purchases either online or to another brick and mortar retailer.nI think that Hobby Habit has enjoyed the benefit of a virtual monopoly over the Adelaide modelling community for way too long and some competition is required. I am aware there are other retailers but they are often limited in one area or another paint, range, or materials. Hopefully, this will change in the near future. It's not even the case that Hobby Habit has the best prices, there are cheaper options online even factoring in postage, particularly if you do a bulk order.nI am a very experienced Customer Service Team Leader for a very large corporate and I have trained Customer Service so I know what I am talking about when I say that, if you don't attend to your Customer Service, you will be out of business in short course.nTime to stop Lording it over the Adelaide hobby community!
My Husband Zach and I visited yesterday for the first time to purchase some RC tanks and have a little look around as we had never visited this store before.nnThe gentleman who served us, Troy was super lovely, knowledgeable and helpful with all our questions. Showed us a few really cool items.nnThere was a slight hiccup with stock but that was easily sorted by the lovely manager, James I think his name was Cannot fault either of their service, they were both brilliant and friendly.nnThanks again guys, we will be back.
Awesome shop. Friendly staff. Slot car track is great for the kids and cheap outing. $15/hr inc car. Or $5/hr BYO car.nn- 2 stars - Let down by lack of maintenance. Last few visits have been plagued by issues. Broken controllers or issues with the track. 1/2 the not lanes working.
