From first enquiry to delivery of a Triumph Thruxton the whole process was great. Knowledgeable, continual communication, humour and honest brilliant service from the team. Bought the bike with confidence without having to travel to Tasmania from Victoria, placed the order on Monday and it's in the driveway on Wednesday, amazing.nThe bike is everything and more that Ben said it would be. I recently sold my motorcycle to Ben at Hobart Motorcycles, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The process was incredibly smooth—I emailed him with details about my bike, sent some photos, and outlined my asking price. He responded quickly with a fair offer, arranged for pickup, and processed the payment seamlessly. All he needed was my latest registration, and everything was handled efficiently.nnI can only speak to the selling experience, but if buying from him is even easier, I imagine it would be just as hassle-free. Very pleasant experience at my new favorite MC shop.nThe team were very nice and friendly that coupled with a laid back environment, five gold stars. I purchased my Tiger with no drama, no issues and had a good time doing it as well. I do not have the words to thank these guys enough, they went so far above and beyond to help get us back on the road, they were incredible. We're not locals, we're just blow-ins from the mainland on holidays. My wife's bike hit the deck snapping the rear brake lever mount clean off the foot peg plate. A potential end to our Tassie tour, this was lunch time on a Friday. By the end of the day, Luke and his mate, the Yoda of welding had the die-cast bracket looking like new. With everything bolted back on, we were rolling out the driveway around 5:30pm, just incredible.nBen and the boys at Hobart Motorcycles have that old school service ethic, and they have passion, something sadly missing from most bike shops these days.nGreat job guys, thanks so much.nDarren & DebnWollongong
