Would like to thank Nimisha Desousa sales executive for her assistance in the purchase of my car. The negotiations were seamless and made it a pleasure to deal with. Arranging the vehicle to be transported to Sydney was a relief when the dealership organized it all. Again a pleasure to deal with and the quality of vehicles is amazing
Bought a BMW 12th Oct 2022 spent nearly $79,000 with change over. Took it in last week because air con had stopped working. Was told it will take 2 days to get what was required to fix air con. BMW Hobart unable to fix my car for 13 days and unable to give me a car to drive until then. Was 27.5 degrees today, car registered 45 degrees inside the car. Had to stop and get out of my car on the way home from work, had trouble breathing due to health issues and was covered in sweat. Extremely poor service, would of thought a prestigious dealership like BMW Hobart could afford to lend me a courtesy car or get me a hire car until mine is fixed. Really look after you until you buy the car, then they don't seem to care about you. Sold a Toyota Camry with fantastic air con to buy this car.
Such an easy and positive experience having my beloved car serviced at Hobart BMW. Awesome team. I love the showroom and really look forward to my visits.
Terrible organization. Dont try to call the sales, because they will never pick up the phone. The girl at front desk is helpless. The only thing they good at is keep you waiting, the sales will call you back at first time. But, trust me, they won’t. Big disappoint for you BMW!!!!!!!!!
My experience with this Company has been positive, friendly staff and great service.
Very bad customer service experience today and unprofessional for big company. Arranged the service with the lady last week and asked for loan car. Came this morning and saying I did not mention for a loan car as I had asked her on that day and keep saying I did not tell her. If good customer service, they have to be nice with customer not just keep saying the customer is wrong. And she keep saying she is right and I am wrong. And the other guy said ," I know her well." And put me on the wrong side as a customer Is this customer service for MINI? Hope can be better for future.
Purchase a new BMW 12 months ago from Hobart BMW must say it wasn't the best experience i have had purchasing a new car. Any way car had to have 12 months service today was concerned about going back. But they have reshuffled the staff and apparently used a new Broome and swept the dead wood out. Must say I'm very happy with the team and service that is there now as I'm very fussy with my cars they treated it like a baby and rectified a Purchase problem that was there from previous sales person. So thank you team BMW Hobart great work great team.
Josh was such a fantastic salesman, professional and patient throughout the whole process.
