My review is in regards to the customer service I received today. I was greeted very warmly by each stylist, and when it came to discussing what I was wanting, the stylist took her time in explaining processes and options. I felt that they were open to what I was after, and provided multiple other options and suggestions when my idea was not feasible. They took the time to provide me with understanding and didn’t make me feel daft about what I was wanting. They were so friendly and nice. Just wanted to say thank you :

I always take my 2 girls there for trims. This last time I summoned the courage to get myself a whole new cut. I had a picture with me. The hair stylist new lady with dreadlocks did an awesome job! Thank you so much. We won't go anywhere else.

Totally recommend, the lady who cut my daughter's hair was wonderful and did an amazing job, it was exactly what I asked for and she also kept checking to make sure I was ok with how she was cutting it. Will definitely be going back here
