Located below Fridays in the Riverside Centre food court, sit back and take in the river and Story Bridge views within our beautiful Hamptons-meets-Bourbon-Street surrounds.

We offer a breakfast menu to go and eat-in; mouth-watering burgers; classic speciality sandwiches; oven cuts; freshly roasted coffee; a salad and juice bar of freshly extracted nectars; organic yoghurts; fresh coconut juice; a bakery selection, plus lots more.

Stopped eating here two years ago because it was a rip off. Started again a few weeks back - just bought a “large” fruit Salad which is I am guessing a 1/4 or more “less large” than last week. Best part of working from home is that you are not help captive by these sorts of places at breakfast and lunch
10/10 So many salads to choose from and heaps of sandwiches choices! Hot bar is great for a cold day the food warms you right up! Beautiful view as it's right by the river
Coffee was watery and SCORCHING hot even 15 mins after receiving it and the "toasted banana bread" wasnt browned on the outside and was still cold in the middle. Disappointing experience for $8.80. Sandwiches looked nice but probably wouldn't return.
Lost a customer today. While the food is quite good I bought a bowl of fish and chips today $16.80!!! You've got to be joking!! and that's without a drink !! A month ago it was $14.90 which while still over priced I was somewhat happy to pay but this is now just gouging. So sorry guys - as much as I'd like to continue to support you I won't be. Not when I can get a burger and chips from someone in the same food court for $10. Good luck!!
Friendly service, really tasty pastries, pretty decent coffee too. Service a little slow during morning rush but overall am happy with this place and would come back for another croissant.
Love Hive...the food, the people, the everything! Breakfast every day lunch is awesome too if you skip the larger than life breakfast!, decent coffee, amazing bacon & egg roll or mushroom & halloumi roll, toasties to order, avo on bread of choice...lunch options were always endless and delish when I could fit it in! Though not sure ‘gluten-free’ is much of an option unless you’re going for salad Love the people here most of all - I’ll go out of my way to start my workday here as long as I’m working in the city!
Food seems well priced but it's not. For example..they display a lovely looking Chicken Cesar Sandwich in the window...bursting with ingredients. Get it back to the office and you find there is only filling on the side that was displayed!!...literally half the sandwich is empty!! Thats why it is only $10, its only half a sandwich.....Not Brilliant.
Great selection of sandwich’s, Wraps & Salads at a great price! Fantastic staff wow they really push hard to get it out and always with a smile! Keep it up guys
We are a sizeable company on Eagle Street and we ordered Melbourne Cup Catering from Hive this year. The food was absolutely delicious, some beautiful salad not just stock standard garden salad, vegetables and wonderfully cooked and tasty meat. The herbed chips were a massive hit, especially with gravy!! The price we paid for the portions we recieved was unbelievable. Alex was so helpful throughout the ordering process, and very professional. She gave us plenty of time to chop and change our numbers and called to confirm the order a few days before. She is also very quick at replying to emails. Finally, on the day itself we rung very last minute and had to change our delivery time - quite a pain for them I'm sure. They were very flexible and nothing but lovely throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Hive for your catering needs!
Best food among the riverside restaurants. good service and burgers + Brisbane best views. It's a nice spot to sit and relax with a cup of coffee
