Good food. Highly recommend the fried chicken.nnGreat vegetarian option if required.
Only one hour to enjoy the $33 unlimited tacos on a Tuesday night, so make sure you order plenty and don't run out of time.nnMake sure you check your orders too as they twice forgot to bring a few tacos and we had to reorder them. The second time they forgot it was close to the hour so I had to insist that they were still brought out. In the end they did fulfil the orders, so all good.nnThe tacos themselves were awesome. The crispy chicken and the lamb were my highlights but others in the group loved the KFC and the fish tacos.nnThe soft drinks are a little on the expensive side at $8 each but they are imported, so splash out and enjoy!
I met a friend for a mid-week dinner here recently. The service was attentive, polite and friendly and we were made to feel comfortable and welcome.nWe opted for the Fiesta menu which provided plenty of variety and the servings were more than adequate. We both enjoyed the chicken wings and our tacos, but couldn’t fault any of the dishes at all. All of the food was fresh and full of flavour and I will certainly return.
I attended a wedding last night at Hispanic Mechanic, and was very impressed. The staff were very attentive, friendly and super quick. The menu was varied, and delicious. My favourite was the kfc tacos by far, followed closely by the elote’s. The venue was well set out, and cannot wait to go back for dinner again and again, my new favourite restaurant
Came in sat down, waitress took drinks order, then meal order and my Ecuadorian chicken stew was on the table in 5 mins. Delicious. I ordered dessert..... and waited.... and waited..... and waited, probably 30 minutes. Then I saw other desserts going out to tables. Gave up, paid for the beer and main course and left. Disappointing.
