The HiRUM software system and support is fantastic. The system is user friendly and logical when completing daily tasks. If something out of the ordinary pops up (and it will), the HiRUM support team are readily available, quick to help and patiently explain the steps required to address the problem. They will demonstrate "live", on your own system, what you need to do and explain why. I can't speak highly enough of the friendly support provided by the HiRUM team. I'm also looking forward to taking advantage of some of the new technology from HiRUM, such as 'HiRUM Anywhere'  - sounds like it can increase customer service levels & productivity, while providing managers with a little more flexibility for "me time"....that can only be a good thing considering the already long hours.

stars to Hirum !! I have been in property management for over 20 years, and never known such amazing service and support from a trust account software provider.  All the girls are so knowledgeable on their product and make everything better every time I have a problem.  Not to mention how quickly they get back to me when I have a query. I have used Hirum Myself  with my holiday building and I loved it! The support was awesome you only had to wait 5 minutes and they would call you back and talk you through. I hear their new Hirum anywhere program is AMAZING and so reasonably priced too !! I would highly recommend HIRUM !!! xx

Ambience on Burleigh - upmost importance is the follow up service provided by any software supplier.  Hirum I must say gives that support and acts extremely quick when notified.
