Hired a waterblaster from Liam. Great customer service. He recommended a different waterblaster which I hadn't considered. Worked out really well. Good to see that the staff know their products and what works best for the application. Cheers guys
Unfortunately the waterblaster I hired died but they more than made up for it by supplying a replacement & a discount on my hiring of it. Next time I need to hire something I will definitely use them. Fantastic service cheers.
Not recommended if you are thinking to hire woodchipper from this place. I give two Star because staff did help my husband to put the woodchipper on/off the tow bar. However, the woodchipper lacks of service thus not doing its job at all! we return the woodchipper after half hour use, and informed the staff immediately that it is not effective even for small branches 40mm wide. My husband received no reply from the staff, no explanation, no apologies, nothing. they totally ignored him and just went straight to demand a payment.
Hired a car trailer from here on a Saturday, good service. Only bad thing I can say was there website showed the price and when I rang to book, they quoted the same price on the website. Yet when I went in to pay the price was around $50 more. When I questioned it, they said it was a deposit. Even though I get that money back it was never made clear on the website or when I rang to book. Would have been good to have known this as I got cash out before going there. Hence why only 4 stars and not 5.

Hired a concrete mixer. Rang up friday and booked it for the weekend. Arrived early Saturday, they had it ready, hooked it to the towball. Easy as. No hassle at all. Highly recommend! Thank you.
