Checked in late and ate in the restaurant. We were served by Ronald who was quite simply OUTSTANDING! What a lovely lovely guy and a real credit to the Hilton brand. He was friendly, knowledgable, accommodating, helpful, and just an all out great guy! Well done Ronald. Also your chef definitely had the banter and was super friendly and helpful. Thanks guys. We were tired after a long day driving and you just made our night! Oh and the food was fabulous. Steak and curry! Delicious… would highly recommend…
Outstanding service, excellent food, great location near the entertainment centre and fab coffee shops and right on beautiful harbour-King George Sound.nSuper comfortable beds and room too. Ability to control the room temperature to your own satisfaction.nI had such a great stay. I really recommend if your staying in Albany.
Lovely hotel on the water. I have stayed in different hotels here and though the dog rock has character it doesn't complete with the Hilton. In saying that, this hotel is definitely not top of the line but caters to the clientele perfectly well. It seemed busy on a Monday night with a Mercedes convention going on . Dinner was nice, better than expected. They need a better beer selection and the wait staff and hotel staff in general have all be very kind and helpful. We are in a small coastal town, very pretty place that people should visit when they can. enjoy
Great hotel in fabulous central location. Still newish so rooms are in great condition. Buffet breakfast was very nice. Doesn't have the cookies on arrival though as it's apparently a junior Hilton. Best to book through Agoda for best prices.

All the staff, especially the dining team, provided excellent service beyond expectations—special thanks to Kate for her outstanding customer service.nnThe room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. The hotel is in a very convenient location, making it easy to get around Albany.nnA lovely hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Albany.
