We stayed one night in the king room with view of the harbour with our 4yo. Beautiful room. Comfortable bed. Fantastic bathroom. A child could easily sleep on pull out day bed. Gym was great. Breakfast was excellent. Many thanks to Holly for her excellent hospitality!

First of all, the location is great and we already been here at least three times at this hotel. But yesterday we have faced an issue that our confirmation is match with someone else’s name. We just waited there for two hours to let them make sure of everything is done.nSecondly, the room is not clean at all. There are some tomato sauce and slice of snack or chips on the couch and dirts on the table. he toilet is with some dirt when we used.nnLastly, we have to asked for a hairdryer at the reception desk.nnThe worst Hilton service and poor facility ever. Even though the reception is trying to help and be nice to us all the time.nnBut we are not satisfied with this kind of price having too many issues and unhappy experience.
I went to a training event in the function room. Great room for this kind of thing, comfortable, no outside noise, light and airy, right near the marina. The self-serve tea & coffee were good, and the catering was good too. Lots of parking and the place is clean and tastefully decorated. Another bonus is the projector/technology utilised worked well and there were no technical difficulties.
A very nice hotel, but disappointing it’s a cashless venue, which means we had to forego meals snacks and afternoon tea at the hotel as we wanted to pay cash. Venues in town and opposite the hotel do accept cash We had also wanted to pay cash for our room but as we only found out after we booked the place and checked in, we used a card which really wasn’t out first choice as it attracts a surcharge. They offer room service which I was really looking forward to after a long drive but because we couldn’t pay by cash we ended up going to the pub across the road. We might have to rethink our next visit and find a hotel that isn’t cashless. Rooms are clean and modern, service is excellent and the breakfast which was included in our room rate was delicious.
