Friendly, inclusive, professional practice. Appointments can be made with relative ease. Our experiences with a newer Dr - Tilda Samuelson have been excellent. Nursing staff have also been thorough & excellent.Receptionists friendly and efficient. Very pleased to be with this GP practice.
Have had great experiences with all the team involved, from Reception/Nurses and Doctors.nI highly recommend this family doctors.
From reception on the phone or in person, to the nurses and doctors especially Robyn and Ivan this is the best ever medical centre - kind, knowledgeable, caring and great communication always. Even if we moved I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you all for being so kind and caring when it is needed the most.
It has been one year since I dealt with this organisasion Thank Goodness - Well, here I go. Run to the hills, you can thank me later. The front staff at this practice/clinic does not get how service work, from service staff to the nurses too clever and this result in them being very rude/ horrible too patients – rude and also have no empathy. Firstly the Locum at the time is a joke in my opinion as I asked her to contact my neurologist I had multiple strokes and ask about a drug that I read about for fatigue - Needless to say she forgot & did not action the request but did send me for an irrelevant battery of blood test just to cover herself and it was nothing to do with my request. I wish she knew how difficult it was getting it done…at the time. Secondly, Dr John Russel he was great but was my primary physician - When I complained about my neck being sore he was adamant that I slept wrong and it will blow over. After 18 months, I still suffer from neck pain Just Google Posterior stroke studies and it will jump out at you – you will see it cause neck pain. Nothing more to report – Please Do NOT engage with them.
Called around 9am to get an extension on a prescription, was told by the receptionist Pip that she would get it from the doctor. Pip advised she would fax it through to the Pharmacy on the other side of Auckland, but failed to do so. I did not find out until I had arrived that evening to collect my medication. I was surprised when the Pharmacist said there was no prescription waiting. Doctors are great, reception not such great service.
