I can't recommend this company enough as this is by far one of the best customer service experiences we've had. From start to finish the service and communication was excellent. Our TV got picked up the day after first contact & returned within two days after repairs were completed. We are happy customers.
First time using Hillcrest and sadly the last. We had our dishwasher in here for over a month with extremely poor communication. No one answered the phone when my partner wanted to make contact so he took matter into his own hands and went into the office to find 3 staff sitting around right next to the main office phone. Hillcrest was unfortunately the company we had to deal with due to the fault of the appliance.
I had no problems with these guys. They came from Rot to Whk and uplifted my broken TV and a week later returned it to my home. All under warrrenty at no cost. They came when they said they would albeit a cpl of days late for the return but ringing first tto arrange a suitable time. So overall I was happy with them.
Worst communication and customer service from a business I’ve ever experienced. 5 weeks with zero communication about what was going on with my washing machine told me there was nothing wrong with the machine dropped it back at my house still broken first repair took it for a further 6 weeks “fixed it” 5 months later another repair with the same issue they tell me they want the machine in shop to lodge a claim for a replacement and have had the machine for 6 weeks with little to zero communication then tell me it’s already been “repaired” instead of replaced
Really bad experience, They picked up Washing machine for repair, I contacted them after one week and they couldn’t find my washing machine, no updates, always saying they will drop it end of the week which is never happened, Finally I contacted Samsung customer service, then someone contacted me and they said they fixed it and they will drop next day which they did, but same condition not repaired, Not trustable company, I informed to samsung what happened and now they booked another company for my washing machine repair.
Presented Hillcrest Electronic with an issue on my 60in big screen tv, I received service above and beyond, excellent customer ,service, constant updates as to progress and a top notch, up to date loan tv to hold me over until my difficulties where addressed ,could not fault them The best bit didn't have to leave my couch literally .picked up faulty one , replaced with loan one ,programmed it ensured it working left , returned with repaired one completed installation as above Brilliant
I have to remand my previous diatribe. Whereas it was five days to wait for a response to my freezer call, and I did lose a lot of money both in terms of food spoiled and a 'rescue' freezer to keep the meat from spoiling, once they were on board, everything moved quickly, smoothly, and professionally. Because of the money loss and the lack of a contingency plan for COVID related staff shortages, I can't give 5*, but pretty happy with things since first publishing the 1* review.
