Story

A range of acclaimed Henschke wines headlines an extensive wine list, including more than 160 wines – all of which are South Australian. The unique collaboration also means Adelaide Oval is now home to the world’s only complete set of Hill of Grace wines on display – a priceless collection from 1958 to the current release.

The installation of an Enomatic wine dispenser offer diners the unique opportunity to purchase a 50ml, 100ml or 150 ml glass of the world-famous Hill of Grace shiraz as well as additional museum and back vintage Henschke wines.

Located within the Audi Stadium Club at Adelaide Oval, the Hill of Grace Restaurant is open to the public for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday as well as for lunch on Fridays. On major event days at Adelaide Oval continues to offer Audi Stadium Club members an outstanding dining experience.

Head Chef Dennis Leslie delivers a new and interesting taste experience for diners, with dishes that incorporate a number of influences – from his Filipino heritage to heavy use of native Australian ingredients to various French cooking techniques.
A produce-driven food philosophy guides the menu, with a strong focus on seasonality and use of locally grown, farmed or fished produce wherever possible.
