Bought and paid for an item, three weeks later no item, still no refund.  There are many great online bike shops, please do not buy from this shop, they are horrible to deal with.

Price-competitive, speedy delivery. I got a faulty product, and the return process, testing, and re-supply was A-grade. Thank you.

TERRIBLE. Placed an online order $600 worth in mid december. 4 weeks later it still hasn't even been shipped. Sent several emails - no reply. Asked for a refund and still no reply. Will have to get a refund through PayPal. AVOID!

No probs at all. Ordered the part online - garmin silicon band - received dispatch notification the next day, item arrived the day after.  Cheers guys

It’s a real shop. The price was best I could find. The only place with the item in stock. The owner was honest about stock and delivery date. Free express delivery. I don’t expect more than that. Happy with my experience and will buy from this store again.
