I recently needed to order some products for an upcoming reno. Reagan was so amazing and patient while we emailed and chatted to work out what I needed and she was so thorough in her descriptions. We have recently completed renovating our 2 bathrooms and a laundry. We purchased everything we needed from Highgrove Bathrooms Geelong and were extremely happy with the support and guidance we received from all staff members we chatted with. We found the quality of their products to be very good and the cost quite reasonable. We highly recommend you visit the store if you are planning any bathroom renovations or new builds.
I dealt with Bella at the store who was excellent especially after sales service - very caring and helpful. Bella also helped me find Simon who did an amazing job installing my shower kit. Thanks Bella and Simon
Excellent service. Ordered for a click and collect and they emailed me extremely fast to say it was ready. Fantastic service, communication and beautiful products.
I bought everything for my bathroom from high groves Geelong, we checked off every box with the invoice before acceptyour order after opening the order we realised one piece was missing from our shower set, I called to resolve the issue and was spoken to very rudely by the receptionist who said her documents showed that everything was there. I told her every box was there but one piece was missing from the box she was very rude and unhelpful about the whole situation and now I will be paying again for the same thing I already paid for very disappointing and a waste of time and money. I have also seen the Same worker I spoke to on the phone in store and she along with the other workers was always unhelpful and reluctant to help. I hate to wait and interrupt their personal conversations several times and getting her out of her chair for assistance was a mission every time. The products and prices are great but customer service is terrible
We purchased items for our bathroom renovation 2 years ago and were really pleased with the quality and the friendly service we liked the brushed nickel products in particular. Staff were really helpful and accommodating.
Really upset that our Stone for the vanity arrived without the sink cut out. For future reference it may help customers if you communicate well and ensure they are aware they will have to organise a stone Mason independently to cut the sink cut out.
Customer service and atmosphere is always spot on in this place. Staff are always very helpful and have heaps of knowledge on their products. I'll never go to another Highgrove! Well done Geelong team!!
Thank you to Anthony at highgrove Bathroom's in Geelong, i ordered a bath tub over the phone and he had to get it from Hoppers Crossing, got it delivered to our door within 2 days , thanku for your great service
