DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE!!!! When I was 10 years of age, I have a brain tumor. I was taken out of class as I had a Aneurysm, 2 of my 10 year old mates took me to the office. I was projectile vomiting, in and out of consciousness, I could not walk, talk or have any basic motor functions. The school then let me sit in the sick bay for hours. They did not call the ambulance when I was sitting there slowest dying, my body was shutting down. I finally got picked up by my family and the staff in the office were extremely rude and had zero interest in helping or showing gratitude towards me and my family. If I had of been there for any longer I WOULD HAVE DIED. This school is the worse school. Do not send your children ever, if you don’t want them to die. I am now 19 and still kicking it, only because of my family though. So #screwya hss.
Do nit send your children to this school. I am not one to complain but the neglect from the staff against the children is appalling. My brother had an anorism whilst in class and the teacher told two students to take him to the sick bay. He couldn’t even walk on his own. They then proceeded to let him sit in the sick bay while vomiting and in and out of consciousness. They had a sign right next to where he was sitting regarding head injuries and what to do if someone was present with these symptoms. He had all the symptoms and they still left him there for an hour while someone could get there to pick him up. The staff were extremely rude regarding this situation too. I could not recommend a worst school more.

My little brothers and sister had gone through this school and I can't complain the teachers and the staff are wonderful human beings its sad to see them part from this school but it is the best state school in town .... I wood recommend to anyone thank highfeilds state school .
This school seems great but I was bullied so bad that I had to drop out, and to this day I still have scars from what the teachers and students did to me...
my friend has told me many amazing things about this school
It really is a really nice clean and tidy school
