HICCI is a network of local Christian churches, which provide volunteer services including transport and emergency relief programs to the local community.

Story

HICCI is a network of Christian churches in the Healesville and Yarra Glen areas providing practical services and friendship to local community
members.

HICCI offers practical help and friendship to individuals and families in times of difficulty and crisis. Committee members of HICCI include people representing the seven Christian Churches in the Healesville & Yarra Glen area.

We provide a ‘no obligation’ service because our Christian faith teaches us to care for others. If you would like to know more about our life and hope-giving faith, we invite you to share in the worship and friendship of one of our churches, or to contact one of the clergy found on the back of this pamphlet.

Mission

To provide practical care and support to the community of Healesville and Yarra Glen in times of crisis, emergency or personal need. To guide people to resources already available in the community, thereby avoiding duplication of these services.

To be proactive in cooperation with the community of Healesville and Yarra Glen in developing new human services initiatives.
