The staff member was very friendly and helpful. My issue was that even though I added the hire truck to my Linkt account for the day and payed the toll I was charged again by Hertz as per an invoice for $35 and cost of tolls again ??? I was advised by staff member to add the vehicle to my Linkt account prior to travel which I did.

Brilliant customer service and communication from Matt, who truly went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and was happy. I'll DEFINATELY be a return customer

I had a wonderful experience with hertz wonthaggi, got a upgrade car did the kids and i well, staff were friendly and understanding of our no car situation and very small secluded town living, and got Christmas sorted while also running back and forth to and from school and work would keep in touch and renew term of lend dates as i needed, i would suggest hertz as they accommodated our needs and am greatful for the service they provided to a single busy mum. Thank you again hertz wonderful service.
